How do I request for hardcopy invoice after the new billing arrangement with SP Services and is it chargeable?

If you are currently on hardcopy arrangement with SP Services, there will be no changes. If you are not on hardcopy arrangement, you may change the invoice communication via the SP Group Utilities application, once logged in, click “More”, select “Bill Services”, and click “Update Mailing Address”. This will allow you to change to hardcopy billing or to online billing.
Please be reminded to enter the mailing address when selecting “Hardcopy”, followed by the “Save” button.
Currently, SP do not charge for hardcopy invoice arrangement.
